Hello,
Are you a commuter and work part time in NYC? Or do you come to NYC for business only a few days a month? Do you commute from over seas? Upstate or out of state on a regular or semi regular basis?

Do you need a base or room a few days a week, or even a few days a month? Would you like to have some of your belongings in NYC with easy access and safe while you are back in your permanent base?

We have an extra bedroom in a beautiful two bedroom loft and have decided to try and rent it to someone that needs to be in NYC PART TIME or is coming to visit.

Freight elevator, as well as laundry in the building should make your stay even easier. And with the F line only a block away your commute in and out of Manhattan will be just in a blink of an eye.
