Hello! I’m looking for a wonderful roommate to co-sign a lease with me asap. Move-in date is August 1.

You’d be living in a furnished master bedroom with beautiful window and awesome views in a new Downtown luxury apartment right on the edge of Dumbo and super close to NYU.

This is a 1 bed flex/1 bath. Living room wall has been professionally partitioned from floor to ceiling (which is where I am staying). Current roommate is leaving a desk, chair, and bed -- or you’re welcome to furnish the room as you like!
