Short term lease cover (5months)

Hi everyone,

I am currently seeking someone to take over a 5-month lease for me as I’ve been offered a new opportunity in a new country. I’ve got all the details below along side some pictures of the property. Let me know if you have any questions or would like to organize any viewings!

Sublet information:
- Available June 1st - October 31st: must be able to take on full sublet term.

Apartment:
- 2x bed: each bedroom as their own walk in wardrobe.
- 2x bathrooms. Your bathroom is not en-suite but it is treated like just your bathroom.
- In unit washer and dryer + extras in the building if ever needed.
- Dishwasher + ample storage
- Individual A/C units in each room controlled independently in each room.

Required info for building:
- a document to fill out about yourself
- An updated credit score
- Last two pay checks
- Depending on salary may need guarantee
- All this info goes direct to the company management team.

About the area:
- 99 Fleet Place, just 2 mins walk off Dekalb Street station hosting the B, Q & R. As well as a vibrant shopping market that holds Trader Joes, Target, a movie theatre, and loads more food and drink options on their ground floor food market.

- About a 15 mins walk into Dumbo and Brooklyn heights which offer a load of different restaurants and bars.

- If you need other train services, if you walk 7 mins to Jay St-Metrotech you have A, C, F, R, N, W lines you can also take.

- The building itself has a co-work space, an entertainment room with Pool and Shuffle Boards, a Gym, Pickle court and a Sauna & Steam room spa in the basement. On top of all of this, a rooftop with ping pong tables, sun beds and built in outdoor kitchen.

About the other apartment sharer:
- Warren, 28 almost 29. From the UK here on a working visa in sales. He’s a really nice guy, likes going out for the occasional meal and pint. He works hard and travels frequently. Also has a girlfriend so he splits his time there 3-4 days per week with her and her small dog occasionally coming over to the apartment.
- Non-smoker
- Healthy
- Clean and tidy!

Cost (specifically broken down for 1x person):
- rent: $2895.00 each p/m
- WiFi: $50 each p/m
- Electricity: $75-$100 each p/m
- Optional amenities fee: $75 each p/m
- Deposit: $3157
- NO BROKERS FEES

Additional:
- I’m also looking at either selling my furniture in the room but happy to do a good deal for anyone who would like to take it over upon moving in. $600 total for a queen sized bed (worth $1k), 2x bed side tables (worth $329), two lamps ($34), shoe rack ($20), dual laundry basket with top ($60).
