My flatmate is moving out and I'm looking to stay

Our lease ends May 14th and we have the option to extend another 14 months

Awesome place love living here, great gym, sauna, all the staff are super nice and helpful -- tenants are great too

Big room, massive walk in wardrobe, and your own toilet (it is the shared one for the apt so guests will normally use it, but i do not - i have an ensuite)

Literally 1 minute walk from DeKalb Ave and 5 mins from Jay St, super easy and quick to get into manhattan. Then we're super close to the cycle path all the way up to Williamsburg / Greenpoint with 2 Citi bike docking stations <1min walk away

Im 30 professional, mainly work from the office in Manhattan. Super clean and tidy, would expect you to be too. Very respectful of other peoples space, considerate and happy to share food / drinks etc mi casa su casa type mentality -- ideally you are too but i will also respect if you prefer to keep your stuff to yourself
