Spacious room with private bath in a 2 bed 2 bath

I'm moving in with my girlfriend so I'm looking for someone to take over my room in this 2 bed 2 bath in University Towers.

You'll be living with Peter, a 45 year old NYC native who owns the apartment.

The building is a 2 mins walk to the DeKalb Av B/D/Q/R/W stop, 7 mins walk to Hoyt St 2/3 stop, and 9 mins walk to Jay St-MetroTech A/C/F stop.

2 mins to Trader Joes and Target, 3 mins to Lidl, 7 mins to Whole Foods and Aldi.

Spacious room, can fit a king bed, a dresser and a desk and have more space. There's an AC unit that's built into the wall for the bedroom.

There's 2 pretty big closets inside of the room, on top of shared closets in the shared spaces.

Private bathroom (not ensuite) which has been renovated a few years ago and has plenty storage.

The living room is big, with a massive TV and a surround sound system. The kitchen has very modern appliances, including a dishwasher.

There's a nice gym and a laundry room (8+ washers and dryers) on the ground floor.

There's nice shared public spaces outside.
Gated parking can be paid monthly for an additional $300
Peter's flexible on contract lengths, could be month-to-month, or longer at you and Peter's discretion.
