I’m looking to sublease one bedroom in my 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Downtown Brooklyn while I’m away between December to January (dates are flexible).

You’ll have your own private bathroom, washer/dryer in unit and the room comes fully furnished. The apartment is in a luxury amenity building with an elevator, doorman, gym, lounge, and rooftop. It’s also incredibly transit-friendly with 13 subway lines, including B/Q/R/2/3/4/5, and less than one block from Nevins St and DeKalb Ave stations.

It’s an easy stroll to Fort Greene Park and a quick train ride into Manhattan and you would be living with a clean, respectful roommate in their 30s.

Price: $1,200/week (or $2,500 for the full sublease period) including all utilities and Wi-Fi. I’m also open to shorter stays for visitors, students, or anyone needing a temporary place.

You’d be living with my cousin, a woman in her 30s who works a 9 to 5, is very clean, and is super respectful of shared spaces.
