I’m looking to sublet my private room in Downtown Brooklyn until the end of my lease. My current roommate and I will not be renewing the lease, so it could potentially be up for grabs after.

It’s a 2bed 1bath apartment with one female roommate, and in-unit laundry. The room is really spacious and gets a lot of natural light! Other roommate will be moving out in late December, so you will otherwise be alone in the apartment after she moves out.

Rent: $1997 per month
