- 1 minute walk from Borough Hall 4/5/2/3/R

- Looking for someone to ideally sublet from December 7 through June 30 (end of lease)
- Can be flexible on start date (but must be December 1 or later)

Roommates are two working women in their late-twenties (my very good friends), quiet, clean, respectful. Looking for someone similar.

It's a steal of an apartment for the location and space--I'm only leaving because I'm moving in with my partner, but frankly, I love the apartment and would otherwise stay.
