Lovely studio (~400 square feet) in Downtown Brooklyn/Brooklyn Heights boundary. Well-maintained, clean building with polite neighbors and live-in super who is always responsive over text. Large kitchen (relatively!) with dishwasher, full-sized new fridge, oven and microwave. Bathroom with large soaking tub. This apartment is on the 13th floor, facing south-east Brooklyn, and there are two elevators. Laundry in the basement. Hardwood floors. AC/heater split unit. I've truly enjoyed living here and being in such a great area that's 3 min walking distance from Borough Hall, 5 min walk to Trade Joe's and a bunch of restaurants, 2 min walk to Sephora and Soul Cycle.

I am happy to leave some furniture if it would help you. I have been able to fit a queen-sized bed, 3-seater couch with coffee table, a desk, shoe rack and bedside table. There is a small closet but you can make it work!

I am only moving so I can have a shorter commute to work. Otherwise, this apartment is a steal at $2750 for this area. The sublet would start late December and you can take over the lease, which is until July 1st. 2026.
