Looking for a roommate!

URGENTLY ⚠️Looking for one more roommate in our four bedroom CYPRESS HILLS Brooklyn apartment 🙂‼️

The lease starts August 15th, NOT A SUBLEASE, it is a new lease

We have one room available for $1100 (with private bathroom).

Utilities are about $50 a month

Pets are allowed for $50 extra a month (speak to landlord) there is a cat (MUST BE OK WITH CATS, cat will not be locked to the room due to allergies) open to another cat in the home!

Less than a five min walk to J train & about 12 min walk to A/C train (one stop away from broadway junction) 30/40 min ride into LES from J

What’s up!! My name is Francisco, I’m 23 and currently live in Brooklyn. I’m an actor and some of my hobbies include running, fashion, thrifting, working out, love hip hop dancing and sitting at a coffee shop in the fall, watching the leaves turn green to brown and yap all day. I’m also a bartender(it’s what pays the bills) so I will def make u a kickass cocktail, mainly working in the night, so yes I do sleep in from time to time. Roommate #3 (me)

Hey I’m Laz (29) & the cat in the photos is Grayson 🙂 we ate most excited to living with someone who is respectful and kind and considerate of everyone else in the home with common areas! I know that Kaylynn Francisco and I are looking to live with someone we can also be friends with! We are understanding and considerate of personal space and boundaries, we just don’t want someone to feel like a complete stranger.
If I’m not home cuddling my cat in bed minding my business, then I am at the gym or spending time with my gf 🙂 there’s more I can get into.
