This large, furnished room for rent is a basement apartment (with windows) that will be shared with me, however I only use the other seperate room as a work
from home office. I work in the entertainment industry and film, TV, music, comedy, sports are what I’m into for those that wanna find like-minded people to share a space with, but I also know how to keep to my own and respect everyone’s boundaries and privacy. You’ll have your own kitchen, bathroom, and shared backyard access. It's in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn off of the J train, $950/ month with all utilities included (electric, gas, heat, Internet). The environment in the house is very friendly and quiet and we aim to keep it that way. The apartment will be available on 11/15 and requires first month and one month’s security deposit.
