Good neighborhood and family oriented block. Very commercial area with all kinds of amenities and close to transportation. 5 min to J/Z line Norwood Ave stop. 30 minutes to Broad St FI/DI. 10 mins walk to C train Shepherd Ave Station.

Seeking responsible, clean and respectful person with a schedule outside of home.

The other roommates are sane, educated and good people . A male performing artist and a female nanny.

Proof of income required.

Background check required.

$830 first month, plus $830 security deposit ( $1760 to move in).

Security deposit is NOT rent, and is fully refundable at the end of the stay upon giving 30 days notice and if there are no damages.

Stays that are shorter than six months will have a higher price. The price posted is for long term of six months and over.
