I recently signed a lease for a BRAND NEW RENOVATED 2bed 2bath apartment in Crown Heights and am looking for a female/nb roommate to fill the smaller bedroom! More info:

- $2,250 per month per person
- Available starting November 9th
- Extremely desirable neighborhood near restaurants, shops, close to 3 and 4 trains
- Brand new completely updated w hardwood floors throughout
- Only 2nd floor walk up
- Private bathroom with tub
- In unit laundry !!!
- Dishwasher !!!
- HUGE living room w enough space for a sectional couch and a dining table
- Great windows throughout apartment
- Split level heat and AC
- Bedroom is full size and can fit a dresser and desk (but it will be a bit tight)
- No closet in the bedroom, but there is more than enough space for a large wardrobe in the living room. I'm happy to split the cost
- About the roommate: 29F and works hybrid as an events manager for a climate organization. Standup comic by night, and will be mostly out of the house in the evenings. Clean, respectful, responsible, and friendly! Enjoys trying new restaurants, farmers markets, prestige TV, books, and live theater.
