Room in Large 2BR 1BR + office in Crown Heights

Hi! I am looking for someone to join my lease in this large, beautiful, sunny apartment in Crown Heights. It is available Nov 1 with a flexible move in date.

The apartment is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment that I would like to share with just one person, keeping the third room as an office space/guest room. The room for rent is the largest room with 2 large windows and a closet. The apartment has exposed brick throughout, modern kitchen appliances, a dishwasher, laundry in the basement. There is a hall way separating the kitchen and the living room, providing two nice separate common areas.

Amazing location near Franklin and St. Marks Ave. Just a couple blocks from the S train and under 10 minute walk to the C or the 2345.

About me:
I am a queer female in my 30s and I have a very sweet cat!

I work as a data scientist at non profit so my schedule is typical 9-5. I am remote but I work outside of the apartment at least once per week.

In my free time I like doing yoga and pursuing artsy hobbies including cello and ceramics. I also love going out and having fun in the city, seeing live music and plays, relaxing in nature, and getting good food!

As a roommate I enjoy having a balance of having fun together/having friends over and prioritizing relaxing wind down time and alone time. I have had great fun warm and respectful relationships with roommates in the past. It is important to me to keep common areas clean, but I am relaxed about it and don't mind a dish in the sink as long as the space is generally clean and not overly cluttered.

About you:
I am hoping to find someone who wants to cultivate a nice warm environment in this great apartment! I am open to anyone as long as they are considerate and kind and able to communicate well. Must be value aligned and in support of LQBTQIA+, BLM, immigrant rights, etc.
