I’m urgently looking for a roommate to lease my Crown Heights apartment with me. Rent is $1615/month with a $1615 security deposit and the space is LGBTQ+ affirming and tidy. I’m nonbinary, 26, generally quiet and I usually work from home.

The apartment is 2 bedrooms 1 bath, with a dishwasher, AC, and large windows. My building has an elevator, roof, gym and a laundry room, the 3/4 trains are a 10 minute walk away, and a park is nearby. Pets are okay!
