Hello. Currently, it's me and one other roommate. I'm looking for someone to take over the lease with me. I have been living here for two years. She is moving out to live with a good friend. This place is big and nice. Good location and close to the A/C trains.

About the apartment
Good Brooklyn location
Hardwood floors. Big rooms. It's very nice.
It's about 7 minutes walk to the Utica A/C stop and the C stop
It's on Atlantic avenue and is not very residential.
There is a train outside that makes a loud noise. It is not a problem but something you will have to get used to.
It's in crown heights but if you cross the street you will be in Bedstuy
There are two master bedrooms and 3 additional small rooms.
The landlord is chill. He helps when needed and is never around
The neighbors are friendly
It's an excellent location for biking all over the hotspots of Brooklyn.

1 shared bathroom, only a shower. The bathroom is very small and probably the weakest part of the apartment, but it's clean and functional.

After you have decided you are interested in the apartment, the landlord wants a brief meeting. Then we will sign the lease and you can move in on the 5th of November.
