I suddenly had to leave my lovely room and apartment after four months on the lease. This was my fourth lease, I have lived in this apartment for four years. I am one of the three males. When you move in, there will be three other people: Ryan, Mira, and Dorant.

This is a lease takeover listing, where you will need to apply to the building's management and be approved to move in.

The room is in the front of the apartment over the street, with a large triplet bay window and a closet with a door. The entrance to the room is by the front door of the apartment and the living room, far from the other occupants.

The apartment has a fully furnished kitchen, and 1.5 bathrooms. It has a basement with laundry and a locked storage room. The room for rent is unfurnished.

Water and heating is included. There is no central AC. ConEd, Verizon Fios, and NatGrid are all paid separate of the $1250 monthly rent. Fios is approx. $28/person, and the other two combined max out at $50/person but can be lower sometimes.

Total rent for the unit is currently $4,700, split among four tenants. You pay $1250, plus utilities.
