Very spacious, neat and close to A, C,3,4,5 trains, B46 bus among others. Bed and AC included in room as well as Laundry in the building. Also convenient to several varieties or delicacies and cheapest fitness center, St John's Recreation Center!(free if under 26)
Just so you have a clear picture of the living situation: it’s a 1-bedroom apartment, and you would have the bedroom. My roommate and I would be sleeping on the couch. She works overnight, and I work 3–11 PM, so we’re both pretty chill, easy going and usually on different schedules. We’re mainly trying to cut costs and find a more affordable place for the time being.
I just want to make sure you’re comfortable with that setup before we move forward. Willing to consider a couple only if a lesbian couple and very comfortable with the LBGTQ community.
I will respond faster to text messages as i do work currently from 3 to 11 PM so i cant always answer phone calls but I look forward to hearing from you soon!
