Looking for one roommate to join a 3 bed / 2 bath apartment in a luxury building in the Crown Heights / Prospect Heights area, available October 1st.

The available room is the largest bedroom and has its own private en-suite bathroom and private balcony. Rent is $2,200/month.

The apartment has an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. Building amenities include a rooftop, courtyard, study/work lounge, gym, and other shared spaces.

You’d be living with two medical students. We’re both busy and out of the apartment most of the day during the week, but we’re social and like to go out on weekends. We also have a dog, so we’re looking for someone who is dog-friendly.

Great location with easy access to restaurants, bars, Prospect Park, and public transportation. Looking for someone clean, respectful, and easygoing.
