- Southeast-facing window with great natural morning light. The window faces a quiet pedestrian path behind the building, making this the quietest bedroom in the apartment.

The Apartment
- Located on the 3rd floor of a three-unit townhouse
- Central air conditioning and heating
- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to start living comfortably since day 1. We share kitchenware and appliances among the roommates, including an air fryer, and Thermomix
- Shared common areas with three roommates

The Roommates
- We're 3 guys in our late 20s and early 30s working in photography and hospitality. We're already friends since before we moved in here, so the apartment has a relaxed and social vibe, we often hang out in the kitchen or living room.
- We're respectful of each other's personal space and keep the apartment neat and organized, so we expect the same from you. We split both cleaning responsibilities and cleaning costs evenly
- 4/20 friendly apartment, LGBTQ+
- We’re not particularly strict about anything other than respecting the other roommates and the shared space. As long as you’re respectful and do your part to keep the household running harmoniously, we’re super easygoing :)

Location
- Sits right on the edge of North Crown Heights and Bed-Stuy, definitely quieter than some of the busier parts of Crown Heights: it has a relaxed neighborhood, residential feel. Everyday amenities nearby.

- 4 blocks (0.4 miles) from Kingston–Throop Avenues station (A/C trains)
- 8 blocks (0.7 miles) from Kingston Avenue station (2/3/4/5 trains)
- Literally less than 1 block from a deli and laundromat
- Less than 1 mile from the closest grocery store and Pure Gym
- 25 minutes to Manhattan on the train

Lease Terms
- Rent: $1,700/month
- Utilities average about $200/month (Wi-Fi, electricity, air conditioning, and other shared utilities)

Move-in: September 1. The stay can extend beyond December 31

One month's security deposit + the first month's rent due at move in

(For September, you won’t need to be added to the lease yet, since I’ll technically still be on it. We would handle the lease update for October)
