Looking for someone to take over my roommate who’s leaving town and sign a 1-year lease starting October 2026. Also open to looking for another apartment together within the same budget and in the Crown/Prospect Heights area.

South facing apartment with oversized windows (ie, sun exposure all day long) - My favorite part of the apartment and what sold me on it.

The apartment is furnished with sofa, tv, kitchen table, as shown in the pictures. The bedroom shown is my roommate’s and can be empty or you can negotiate with her keeping the bed.
