Looking for a lease takeover for one of the rooms in my beautiful Crown Heights apartment. Lease officially ends January 31st but with an option to resign for another year! It's an amazing location, center of Crown Heights just minutes from the subway, Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, and a ton of great bars and restaurants. Bedroom is good size and can fit a lot, there's also a living room and a small dining room.

About me: I'm a 29 year old working in marketing. I love to read, write, and watch reality TV. I do have a small dog, Chili (pictured).
