The household: I'm a musician and music educator, and the household will be working creative professionals–friendly, considerate, and settled. We keep a clean, calm home. No pets (building policy) and no smoking.

Who I'm looking for: someone financially stable and genuinely long-term — this is a home, not a stopover. All roommates will complete an application with proof of income for the landlords' approval, and I'm moving quickly: you should be able to view this week and submit application materials by Thursday.
