About the space:
Available August 1-October 31/Nov 1( possible flexibility) 1 furnished bedroom in shared 2 BD 1 BA furnished apartment, second floor walk up. This apartment is a couple minutes walk to the 3/4 subway at Utica/Crown Heights stop. No laundry on site but there are several laundromats nearby and delivery service.

Furnished photos are current. I have unfurnished photos of the available bedroom because my roommate is in the process of packing. My furnished bedroom is shown just to give an idea of size.

About me:
I am 32 and work as a teacher and live with my cat. She is friendly and roams the apartment, but generally stays in my room most of the time. I'm a pretty chill roommate and keep to myself. As a teacher, I'm off work until late August.

I do like to keep the kitchen and bathroom clean to avoid pests. For example, I don't leave any dishes or pans in the sink for more than a couple of hours and usually wash them immediately after a meal.
