We're looking for a roommate to join our warm and welcoming home in a large room in Crown Heights, available for $1,200 per month!

2) Quiet environment after 10 p. m. on workdays.
3) Utilities (internet, electricity, gas) are split amongst the roommates
4) Cleaning responsibilities of the common areas are rotated every month

Roommate Criteria: We're seeking a clean, considerate, and female-identifying roommate who:
1) Is BIPOC/POC (Queer a plus)
2) Values cleanliness and enjoys a calm, peaceful environment
3) Celebrates diversity and social justice
4) Enjoys a tranquil home
5) Is a proactive communicator when it comes to shared living spaces
6) Prioritizes mutual respect and consideration
7) Preferably NOT a full-time homebody, as some of us work from home a few days a week
8) No pets (we might be open to 1 chill cat)

About Us: We’re two BIPOC women, in our early-thirties and late twenties, working in producing and theater. We enjoy gardening, cooking, going out and occasionally watching TV in the living room. We're mostly private but friendly, checking in with each other while also enjoying our own space. We enjoy a quiet environment but sometimes hang out with friends at home (not more than once, max twice a week). One of the roommates, who has their room located on the basement floor, doesn’t have a bedroom door so it is especially important to be mindful of loud noise after 10pm on workdays. We care deeply about social justice, self-awareness, and being considerate roommates.
