Seeking a female roommate for a really sunny furnished bedroom on Franklin Ave, next to cute coffee shops, bagel shop, bars, immediate subway access, etc. Walking distance from prospect park and gyms.

The room has ample space for clothes, two desks, and a twin bed.

Two roommates, Ciara (25 F) and Kyra (27 F). Very bubbly personalities, easy going, clean and tidy. One pet, the sweetest foster cat named bubbles (2 F). You share one bathroom and a kitchen. Everyone cooks so don't feel shy to throw down! Again everyone is easy going, and easy to talk to.

You also have fire escape access. Tenants are comfortable with smoking on the fire escape.

Wil be showing the apartment Saturday night, 5 PM - 10 PM. See you there!!
