Hello, I’m Ishika and I live with my flatmate Matt in a cute brownstone on Nostrand and Park Pl. We are looking for a third flatmate to sign a lease starting July (exact data TBD). 3 BED 1 BATH FURNISHED

About the house & us :
- It’s a brownstone with a cute cow statue out front
- A huge flat in the basement with good sunlight and a cute yard
- We have a washer/dryer available along with a dishwasher (we are lucky)
- We have one bathroom, but keep it clean and want someone who will be active in doing the same
- The kitchen is the highlight it’s huge, we have all the utensils/ airfryers/ toaster and a pantry space
- We also have furniture including bed and many cabinets/tables which we can move around for you
- We are looking for someone who preferably doesn’t work from home, but even if you do we can figure something out
- We want someone who is open, lived in shared spaces before and creates a good space for others
- It is important that you clean up after yourself and keep good vibes!
