My housemate and I are looking for 1 female to join our 12-month lease starting on August 1, 2026. We are in a 3-bed 1.5-bath, located in the center of the Crown Heights, BK neighborhood.

Conveniently located between the Nostrand A/C Station, the Nostrand 2/3, and the Franklin 2/3/4/5, the area is easily connected to other parts of the city, with plenty to offer in the surrounding area as well. It’s very close to Franklin Ave.

The open room available is approx. 11’ long by 8’ wide with a wide closet and a tall window with a 9” windowsill. The space easily fits a full-size bed, with space for a desk and dresser – however will be unfurnished.

There is a decent-sized kitchen with a dishwasher, full-size fridge, and moderate storage - attached to our shared dining and living room area. living room may be semi furnished as most of the furniture belongs to previous roommate.

I am a teacher and in the classroom full-time during the school year. My roommate is a landscape designer and works 4-5 days a week.

The building is well-kept and has an accessible semi-private roof space for lounging. Coin-Op Laundry is conveniently located in the basement level, along with a storage closet designated for our apartment unit.
