Hello! My roommate and I are looking for a clean, quiet (after 11pm), communicative woman to fill the 3rd room in our apartment on August 1st. An earlier move in sometime in July can be worked out if you would like.

We are on a tight deadline so please only inquire if you are willing to sign a lease by June 30th.

Room and Apartment Info:
-3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and one utility closet that doubles as a half bath (just toilet), shared access to living room and kitchen area
-Building has a washer and dryer in the basement, rooftop access, central AC and heating and a lockbox entry code for extra safety
-Room has tons of sunlight and access to the fire escape area and has double doors for access, no closet but as shown it can fit a clothing rack or even a wardrobe.

Roommate Info:
Ari- 29, work 4 days a week, home on most weekends unless expressed otherwise. I wake up for work anywhere from 5am to 6:30am so I am usually asleep by midnight. I love anything music/musical and travel related. I am down to hang out in shared spaces but also value my alone time to decompress. Open to hang outs on weekends to try new restaurants or take a park stroll.

Nati- 26, works a lot out of the home, also down to hang out in shared space but values alone time in the space. Also open to hanging out in her very little free time.

You're welcome to have ONE cat but one roommate is allergic so it would have to be well maintained.
We use a white board to keep track of chores and any household needs.
And we use a group chat to communicate anything else pertaining to the apartment.

Guests are welcome as long as you give a heads up the first few times until we are comfortable and as long as they are not here to the point that they basically live here lol

First months rent and security deposit needed to move in. The 3rd roommate will vacate the space starting june 19th so you are welcome to pre-move some things in before august 1st if desired.
