Large, sunny bedroom in Crown Heights

Looking for someone to join the lease in my Crown Heights apartment. Yours would be the larger bedroom in a 2bed/1 bath apartment. It has 2 windows and a good size closet. Can be unfurnished or partially furnished.

The apartment is right off Nostrand Ave, so easy access to grocery stores and restaurant/bars. Also a 3 minute walk to the nostrand 2/3 train, and 15 minutes to the A/C

I'm a bartender in my 30s, so I will be gone most evenings. I'm pretty quiet getting in, but would be best if you aren't a light sleeper. Someone who works outside the home would be the best fit. I value a tidy, peaceful home. I rarely have guests, but don't mind them occasionally as long as thats communicated.

As you are joining the lease, you will need to have good credit and income. Guarantors are accepted.
