Hello, my roommate and I are seeking a 3rd for our open room in Crown Heights. It's $1350 and does not include utilities, but utilities come to around $150 a month. We are close to the Utica AC. There is a washer and dryer in the building. We have direct rooftop access. I am a master's student at Columbia, and my other roommate is a full-time musician. We are both cis, straight men and are open to all genders and sexualities. Must be at least liberal politically. You can move in now and must resign the lease with us starting August 1st!
