The Space After four great years, our roommate is moving out to live solo, leaving the largest bedroom in the apartment vacant. The room is unfurnished and south-facing (excellent all-day direct light for plants), featuring a private bathroom, massive windows, and its own wall-mounted heat/AC unit with personalized control.
The apartment is a bright 4th-floor walk-up 3B/3B with an open kitchen/living room layout. While our departing roommate is taking a few things, we’ll be replacing those living room staples once he leaves.

The Vibe & Roommates You’ll be sharing the space with two cisgender straight men in our 30s working hybrid schedules—one a designer and the other a freelance event organizer. We’re actually in the office more often than at home, but when we are WFH, daytime hours tend to be quiet and focused while we work in our respective rooms or the living room. When we aren't up against a deadline, we’re much more free and open to hang out.
Our home is filled with art, music, and an abundance of plants. We love cooking, casual at-home mixology, and we’re both avid cyclists. When it comes to the kitchen, we usually put our names on our own groceries, but we are always happy to share or lend an ingredient if you ask. We’re pretty easygoing as long as everyone is respectful.
House Policies We are welcome to any human of any gender or creed. The baseline is simple: be respectful, pay rent on time, and help keep the communal living room and the kitchen sink clean. We have no issues with overnight guests, provided they are equally respectful of the shared living space.
Location & Transit Located in a great pocket of Crown Heights, minutes away from the Nostrand Ave and President St 2, 3, 4, 5 stations, as well as the B45 bus. Excellent neighborhood bars, restaurants, and coffee shops are right outside the door.
