Hey everyone! My friend Lauren and I are looking for a roommate Crown Heights, in between the Utica ave stop on the 3/4 and the A/C. It’s 1.5 baths with in unit laundry, rooftop access, and a small gym in the building. The room would be $1250 + the deposit — your room would be the bigger of the front two rooms. We would all be signing the lease for a May 31 start together.

About us:
Hi I’m Lauren I work as a medical scribe/medical assistant in a dermatology clinic. I go to school part time and I like drawing, nature, comics and animation.

Hi I’m Mary! I’m a musician (singer/songwriter) and I work on the marketing team of a music nonprofit on the upper west side. I’m in a folk pop band that plays around the city and outside of music I love reading, baking, and running.

We’re both out of the house most of the week but would love to create a calm, welcoming space where we can all share household chores + feel comfortable hosting friends & hanging out!

Prefer to avoid smokers. No pets allowed unfortunately!
