Huge Quiet Bedroom in Prospect Heights - AVAIL 6/1

Hi all,

I am looking to fill a very large, quiet and comfortable bedroom on the edge of Prospect and Crown Heights starting 6/1. I've been living in the apartment for 3 years and have truly enjoyed it, am only leaving because my work is going remote.

As you can see in the photos, the room fits a ton and is practically a mini studio. We are looking for someone who is kind, respectful, clean and gainfully employed to take over the space (probably mid/late 20s-early 40s but flexible). Looking for someone to commit to ideally no less than a year. There are two other individuals living in the apartment -- a nice guy next door and a chill respectful female upstairs who is the leaseholder of the apartment (she has a little pug who primarily stays upstairs). The living space is super clean, calm and comfortable and everyone gets along. The room has its own small balcony.

The building is on the edge of Prospect and Crown Heights and has a doorman, a gym and laundry in the basement. There is a living room upstairs in the apartment with a patio attached. There is only one bathroom but it's never really an issue as everyone has their own busy schedules and is respectful in keeping the space clean.
