Master Bed in Massive Brooklyn Townhouse

We have the parlor floor, so very high ceilings and very spacious atmosphere. Feels like real home. Fully furnished and very stylish. Lots of plants. It's a 3-bed that only two people live in, so there are two living rooms--a front hosting living room/dining area and a back den with TV/couch/greenhouse. Seperately, there's also a home office that you'd have to yourself. Also lovely outdoor space. Rent is 2k/month for the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Beautiful space and lots of room to spread out, especially given it's nyc.

Other roommate is 34 yr. old female. Move in is June 1 2026.

It’s a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1400 sq ft fully furnished apartment near the Franklin and Nostrand AC subways in the Prospect Heights/Bed Stuy/Crown Heights area with a private en-suite bathroom, lots of natural light (south facing bedroom window), just one roommate (who’s super respectful, kind + friendly), a home office that they’d have all to themselves, 2 living rooms, spacious kitchen, private balcony, dishwasher, laundry in basement and 10 ft ceilings for $2,000/month. My sister works in horticulture so the apartment is COVERED with plants that she takes care of herself! 🌱

The apartment has just one half flight of stairs (just the stoop) and is in a brownstone with lots of super yummy  and affordable food, shops and grocery stores nearby. It’s on a beautiful block that looks great even in the winter. It’s close to Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum and Botanic Garden. Great for ppl working in FiDi, Hudson Yards, Times Square or anywhere on the West Side / near the AC subways. Also perfect for someone who doesn’t wanna stress anymore about the apartment hunt and doesn’t wanna pay a brokers fee + someone who wants a really cozy and large apartment, especially for NYC!
