Looking to fill our Third bedroom!

Looking for a roommate to fill our three bedroom apartment in Crown Heights ASAP! June 1st preferable!

The rent is $1,170 plus utilities (roughly $70 to $90 depending on the time of year).

It's a 5 min walk from the 2,3,4,5 trains and a 10-13 min walk to the A, C. We have full kitchen, one bath and living area with access to the backyard. Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and bars in the area. Laundry is not on site, but there are quite a few to choose from that are in walking distance.

There is also no lease signage, but we are looking for someone to stay the full lease term, if not longer. Our new lease will start on September 1st. I can provide a roommate agreement. I have a great relationship with the landlord and supers as well.

I work in the arts and my roommate, Kevin works in manufacturing. We're very chill and have known each other for years and we're hoping to find someone equally as cool. We are very down to earth and usually keep to ourselves most of the time.

Quick note, I have lived in this apartment for 14 years and have just recently moved out of this room. The bookshelves on the wall and everything will come down. It will have a fresh coat of paint and all holes etc will be patched to look fresh and clean. It comes with a large closet with two storage areas above the closet as well as shelving inside inside the closet.
