Hello I'm Amanda. Shared living room and bathroom. We have a black and white cat named Luna who is chill and sassy.

Looking for someone who pays rent on time, Is considerate with cleaning up after themselves, and hygienic.

Preferably female, *** friendly welcomed, no cigarette smoking and no additional pets.
We are a 20 minute walk to prospect park, 10 minutes walk to the Nostrand train station
Near A/C/3/S train and buses near by and LIRR and S (shuttle) train also.

Room for rent in Crown Heights Brooklyn New York. For 1200$ Ready move date May 15th. Room comes partially furnished with a bed, bed frame, dresser and air conditioner.
Looking for tenant who is mature, clean and who likes cats. Security deposit is 1300$. Have the ability to join the lease for duration of the rest of the year with an option to renew. (Also if you have someone else interested there is a 3rd room that will be available in 30days from may 13th, this person will not have to on the lease)

All 3 roommates will split utilities and internet cost.

Move in cost will be 1300 deposit plus 1200 rent upon may 15th move in date.
