Room available in 3 bedroom apt

Woman preferred please. Two other roommates are women in their late 20s and mid 30s. Room comes with desk, box spring, bed frame, mattress and AC. The room is in the middle of the apartment between my room and the other room. No pets; no smoking preferably; no couples. There’s laundry like 2 blocks away. We’re both night owls and work in food service so we keep kinda odd hours; if you’re a light sleeper this might not be best for you. Reach out with any questions you may have and some info about yourself.
Also in the photos the living room is messy but we’re gonna get that all fixed up before you move in.
