Hi! I'm currently looking for a roommate to join our 5bed/2bath apartment near Prospect Park. It is on the third floor of a walk-up building, has in-building laundry, a 24/7 accessible rooftop, a dishwasher, and is pet-friendly. Utilities are typically around $100/month.

The available room is my current room, and I plan to move to another room in the same apartment. It is super cozy, with a window offering an amazing view and lots of sunlight. The building is in a great location with a ton of restaurants and cafes, and it's about a 10-minute walk to the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains, a 5-minute walk to the S train, and a 15-minute walk to the C train.

About the current residents, we are all friendly and keep to ourselves most of the time. While it does sound like a lot of people, it is pretty quiet and feels empty most of the time, since half of us work during the day and we mostly stay in our rooms. It can get empty on some weekends since some of us visit family/loved ones during that time! I have a resident cat and a foster cat, for a total of two cats. They are both pretty shy and usually keep their distance at first. I am open to at most one more pet - cats are welcome, and a cat-friendly dog is also fine!

You would be living with 4 others (1 female and 3 males), all of us are in our early to mid twenties. We are looking for someone who is clean and respectful. I (Erin) am currently an art student (21F), and the other roommates are Lawrence, Anthony, and Johnathan, all in their twenties.

We are currently moving things around in the living room and redecorating, so sorry that it looks pretty messy at the moment.

Note: We are currently trying to see if we can keep the price of the apartment the same as the previous lease term, if we can then the room price will be $1057/month!
