Searching to fill 1 room in my 3 bedroom apartment in crown heights! 1 year lease to begin May 31st (with opportunity of another full year after if you’re not a crazy lol). It is within walking distance of Prospect Park, Brooklyn Botanical Garden, Brooklyn Museum, with great bars, cafes, and places to eat! 6 minute walk to the B-Q at Prospect Park or 8 minutes to 2-3-4-5 at Franklin Ave. LAUNDRY IN BUILDING! RENT IS 1! All UTILITIES INCLUDED! 1.5 BATHROOMS!

(The bedroom does not come furnished)

(But the person leaving the end of May, would be willing to negotiate certain items in room)

Also we turned one wall in living room into chalk wall for creative expression and an Ideals grocery store just opened up across the street.
