Roommate in crown hights

Hello!

We are looking for a roommate to join us in our beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in crown heights. The apt is located conveniently off the AC trains. It is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, 2 shared living spaces, large kitchen with full dishwasher and washer and dryer in unit.

The room available is the smallest room in the unit and can only fit a full size bed. There is additional closet space and dresser in our den area which can be used for your extra belongings. The apartment is otherwise fully furnished so please note that this is not for someone with a lot of things. I have a cat and we are not looking for another pet at the moment. He is super polite and sleeps in my room at night.

A little about us- we are in our mid 30s and both work in the service industry and our self ascribed creatives, keeping busy in our off time. I love to knit, cook and watch movies. I try to stay out of the house as much as possible especially when it's nice out. My other roommate also keeps to himself mostly and works nights like myself.

I enjoy watching movies or sharing a meal with roommates but it is not required to be close friends! But i do enjoy being friendly with the people I live with. We are clean and quiet most of the time. We are looking for someone who also keeps busy and has a job. Guests are allowed as long as we are notified beforehand. Home is our sanctuary and we want it to be like that for you too!

Currently the room is available for June 1st move in but I am also looking for someone to sublet my room in May. If this schedule works for you please message me!

My room is $1300 for May and the June 1st room is $1000 plus utilities each month with $1000 deposit to secure the space. We are looking for someone hoping to stay more permanently if we fit!
