About the room
The private bedroom is 14’ × 16’6" with 9’ ceilings, hardwood floors, a walk-in closet, and two windows — plenty of light and room to make it your own.

About the apt.
We share a full bathroom with a tub, a large and furnished living/dining room, a galley kitchen, and a long entryway. There is a coat closet and two more storage closets that we would share. There is also an elevator in the bulding.

About me:
I'm a 37-year-old working professional with a standard 9–6 schedule, so the apartment is quiet during the day. I try to keep a tidy home — no dishes piling up — and I respect my roommate's space and privacy. During the weekends, I like to sleep in, work out in my room, and either go out with or have downtime in the apartment.

Preferences for a Roommate:
I deally I would like to live with another working professional. Whether that be a 9-5 or opposite. This is a non smoking apt. If you smoke pot, I would prefer it be outside or in your room with the windows open. Lets make sure we both keep the apt clean to keep out any bugs as this is a prewar building.
