The room is spacious and light filled and fits a full size bed comfortably as well as a small desk There is a decent sized closet space for enough space for clothing and storage.

The apartment itself is fairly compact (please see attached floorplan, the room is starred) but has more than enough storage and space for everything you may need so there is never clutter. There is a large coat closet in the hall and there are many cabinets in the kitchen (which is kind of a combined area with the living room). The apartment is non-smoking and does not allow pets.

I will be connecting you with my current roommate, Omar, who is a 28 year old queer man, works in politics and likes to make art. Work from home throughout the week and spend a lot of time out and about socializing otherwise. looking for a roommate who’s friendly, respectful, and also chill.
The lease is up at the end of August, which you can discuss with the landlord about extending.

I’ve really loved living in the apartment for the past year and a half, and have really enjoyed the surrounding neighbourhood. The space is ideal for those who work in office and work from home alike.

Our landlord has quite a few requirements but does accept guarantors:
1. Past 3 months of bank statements
2. Letter of Employment showing annual salary
3. Last year’s tax return
4. Letter of recommendation from their current landlord (he has not really asked for this in the past, a rent paid history seems to be fine)
5. Credit report (can be obtained on FreeCreditReport. com or similar website)
6. Copy of Photo ID
