Room available in second floor 2 bed 1 bath Crown Heights apartment starting April 11th (flexibility 11th-15th) - rent is $1323, utilities (internet/gas/electric) in winter have been around $125 per person (less in the spring/summer!)

Room comes with wooden clothing rack (pictured) as there is no closet. Currently have a full sized bed and small couch in the room.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with a woman in her 30s who has an in-person job.
