Crown heights room for rent - 5/1 move in or soone

My roommates and I are currently looking for someone to fill a vacancy in our apartment.

The room is large enough for a twin or full comfortably, with a sizable closet and lots of natural light. $1130 a monfh

The apartment has a full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and laundry in the basement (no treks to the laundromat, woo hoo!) We're located in the heart of Crown Heights, in a quiet neighborhood within 5 minute walking distance of the 3 train, and 8 min walk to 2/5, so getting to Manhattan is simple.

Located next to a citibike station. Walking distance to A/C trains and LIRR. Near a main street so there are also plenty of grocery stores, coffee shops, and parks all short walks away. 4th floor walk up and A great choice if the noise of the city is something you're looking to escape. We currently have two cats.

We are looking for a sign on for a 5/1 lease renewal, but management has been trying to fill the room and would likely be interested in an earlier move in date.
