Available March 14-28 (14 nights) for $1600 (possibly negotiable, flexible on shorter stays)

Furnished one-bedroom apartment available while I’m out of town. The apartment includes 1.5 bathrooms, hardwood floors, washer/dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. There is no TV, but the WiFi is strong. The bedroom has a Casper full-size mattress, and the apartment also has access to a private backyard garden.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Unfortunately, no cats.

A couple notes:
The bedroom faces the street, so there can occasionally be some street noise. The apartment is ground floor, so the living room can be a bit dim in the afternoon. Also, a dog normally lives in the apartment in case of allergies.

Location: Crown Heights, Brooklyn.

• Close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and about 1 mile from Prospect Park
