Super Spacious Room in BK luxury building

Hi yall. Leaving my room after a lovely year in this 3 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex and looking for a kind, respectful, clean individual to take the space. Room available April 1 or May 1, whatever works for you.

As you’ll see in the photos, I have my queen size bed, large couch, electronic standing desk, dressers, a full closet, and a good amount of free space. Not to mention a ton of light with the massive window.

This is a duplex apartment with one roommate upstairs with her super sweet one-eyed pug. Balcony roof directly attached to the upstairs.

Second roommate is the room to the left. Working professional women in their mid 30s, looking for another professional to call the room home. Only downside is no real shared space other than kitchen. But you can take in all the sun and air on the roof balcony. Big big emphasis on cleanliness, communication, respecting quiet hours for sleep, and just being a good, empathetic human being. We’ll be looking to see if you’re a good fit and hope to find a kind person.

The building has laundry and a decent gym in the basement. It’s technically a luxury building. Nothing crazy. Just a good facility, doorman on weekdays, elevator, helpful building attendant.

Building is right on the border of prospect heights and crown heights, so a few blocks away from prospect heights restaurants. About a 10 minute walk to subways. Citibikes right nearby.

The special note here is that the room can be furnished until December, where I’ll be taking the couch and mattress. We can discuss other items if you’d like things gone right away or to remain in your stay.
