1 month sublet for the month of March 2026. $1300 for a single bedroom in a shared 3-bedroom house from September 8th 2025.

I am leaving the city for March and I am looking for someone to sublet my space. I have a huge bedroom with its own little living room/tv set up, a shared kitchen, and a shared bathroom with my 2 lovely roommates. The room will be furnished as I will be keeping all of my furniture in the space while I'm gone. Located on a tree-lined street in Crown Heights, this spacious apartment is quiet and comfortable and is bathed in natural light throughout.

Washer in-unit (no dryer). Super convenient for public transport - <10 minute walk to the 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, lines! Grocery stores, cafes, bars, restaurants, and Brower Park are all super close by.

About the current roommates:

One of us (male, 31 gay) works at a performing arts non-profit. The other (male, 35 gay) works as a bartender. Both are super kind, considerate, and easy to live with. While I am gone, my roommates want someone who is clean, respectful, and who wants their home to be a safe place to chill out at the end of the day.
