Subleasing my private room in a 3 bedroom 2 bath in Crown Heights. I have 2 roommates on the first floor of the unit (one is a Columbia student, the other a musician)

This room is on the top floor, separate from the other rooms. It’s the largest room in the unit, has multiple windows for lots of natural light and has its own private bathroom and balcony.

In room AC/heater with controllable thermostat
In building washer/dryer in basement
5 minute walk to A/C (Utica stop) which runs express to Manhattan (30 min commute to Penn Station)

Area is great just need to sublease as I got laid off recently. Total apartment rent is 4300

Rent for this room will be $1560 (and great deal, as you get a large room, with enough separation on its own floor and your own bathroom).

Looking for entire term of sublease (Feb- Mid July)
