Hello, I'm going to sublet my room in a 2-bedroom share for a month. My mom is needing extra help in NJ and I'll be with her during that time. The room has good natural light and the living room is also full of natural light. The floors are squeaky. But the neighbors are good with being conscious of the noise. 3rd Floor walk up. It's close to 2/3 Eastern Parkway/ Q 7th Ave, C to Clinton Washington. It's about a 12 minute walk to Prospect Park and close to the Botanical Gardens. Lots of restaurants nearby. It'll be available starting in February. We can work through the dates if you need a bit shorter or longer.

1 month security deposit. Electric is separate and split in half.
